What does Individual Leasing mean?

Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. If a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person’s rent. Common areas remain shared spaces for all residents.

What should I bring to my new apartment?

Furniture and appliances are included, but residents should bring personal belongings such as bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, electronics, décor, cleaning supplies, and other everyday essentials needed for comfortable living.

What if I need something repaired in my apartment?

Residents can submit maintenance requests through the online resident portal, by email, or by contacting the leasing office directly. Emergency maintenance support is available 24/7 for urgent issues such as major leaks, lock problems, or loss of utilities.

How do I pay my rent and when is it due?

Rent is due on the first day of each month and can be paid online through the resident portal using ACH, debit card, or credit card. Residents may also pay by check or money order at the leasing office. Cash is not accepted.

Is The Republic pet friendly?

The Republic offers pet-related policies and fees for approved pets. Residents should contact the leasing office directly for the most current pet policy details, restrictions, deposits, and monthly pet fees.
